<p> Your event is assigned a unique 4 digit code which is used to identify your event to our system when using a shared access number. This is code is only required by the silver package and not needed with a gold or platinum package.</p>

<p>With the silver package each guest/party is given a unique code which must be either printer on their invitation or RSVP Card. This code is used to identify that guest to the telephone and online RSVP system when using the RSVP by code method.</p>

Not only can you control your venue space but also the food and beverage  and if necessary accommodations. <p>MyRSVPLive.com has the answer to this problem.  When you use MyRSVPLive.com to accept replies for your wedding  invitations, the system will allow you to specify a maximum guest count  for each invitation. When your guests call in to RSVP, along with asking  them if they will be attending your event the system can ask them how  many people are going to be attending in their party. If they enter a  number larger than the maximum number you specified for their  invitation, the system will tell them that the invitation only allows  for a certain amount of people and they must RSVP for that many people  or lower. If your guest RSVPs for less people than the invitation allows  then the guest count will be adjusted for that invitation so at the end  of it all you will have an exact guest count for your event.</p>
