Event Planners

Along with trustworthiness, consistency is the thing to look for when you surround yourself with people who can help you on your quest.
- Michael Johnson

Today I want to talk a little about partnership. Being a growing company MyRSVPLive.com knows how important it is to partner with others to achieve one main goal. Of course, or goals have to be similar for the agreement to work or it would be a parasitic relationship. But we strive to provide the best in all our relationships. MyRSVPLive's goal is to achieve the absolute best for the event by putting state of the art easy access technology options in our customers reach. We believe event planners share the same priority for the customer's wishes. Many have had great experiences with us and continue to share our business technology with their clients as or partnership grows. Only the future is to tell how successful these partnerships are but as the quote states "consistency is the thing to look for".

So look for My RSVP Live's consistent level of customer satisfaction whether it be with event planners or adventurous individuals planning their own events.

Venue Tips For Your Corporate Event

If you only look at what is, you might never attain what could be.
- Anonymous

When planning a corporate affairs space is always an issue. Whether it be a party, a general meeting or a seminar one always has to consider the venue and space. This may seem a bit intimidating especially if their are limited venues or if there are more than a few options. However there are a few tips to remember when considering this aspect of your planning, so that your event can run as smoothly as possible and become a success.

Five Tips for successful space management at your corporate event.

1. First consider who your guest will be. Your guest list is the most important factor to consider so it is best to get your guests to RSVP. Not only can you control your venue space but also the food, beverage and if necessary accommodations. MyRSVPLive.com RSVP service is an easy and innovative way to have you guests confirm their intension to attend your event and provide you with a accurate guest list. You guest can RSVP online or over the phone and it has added benefits such as having them make their meal selections or answer other questions as well as get detailed information about your event over the phone from an automated system saving you time and money.

2 Second consider your venue options. For Corporate affairs, hotels and Conference Centers are usually the best options. They provide large space and offer additional packages. However its good to be a little creative with your venue. For instance while it can be best to keep to the hotels and Conference Centers for meetings, taking the employees on a cruise ship is much more creative for a corporate party.

3. Thirdly, do a walk through. When selecting a venue it best to do a walk through of the event. This will help you to get a realistic image of the work at hand. you can see how to set seating arrangements and map out your space.

4. Fourth, Find out what your venue offers. Some venues have in house specials. That is they provide food, equipment and entertainment for events such as yours at special rates. It saves time, so instead of you getting catering from one provider and equipment and entertainment from another and taking time out to search for these you can spend more time on your venue space.

5. And Lastly Work with a theme. Don't be afraid of working with a theme especially if your event is a corporate party---billiard rooms, or mask party. But you can also work with a theme for meetings.Themes that are subtle but are still creative. For instance going chic or having a nautical theme can help erase the feelings of stuffiness usually expected for corporate meetings.

So I hope this few tips will help in planning your corporate events and remember open your mind to the possibilities.

Limit amount of people who RSVP (Wedding)

One question that we have seen asked so many times, is how can I limit the number of people that guest will RSVP for on their invitation. Planning for unexpected guests or having unexpected guests show up at your wedding is a big concern for brides, simply because it has a big effect on how much the wedding costs. It can also be very embarrassing and when guests show up and have nothing to eat or no place to sit at the reception.

MyRSVPLive.com has the answer to this problem. When you use MyRSVPLive.com to accept replies for your wedding invitations, the system will allow you to specify a maximum guest count for each invitation. When your guests call in to RSVP, along with asking them if they will be attending your event the system can ask them how many people are going to be attending in their party. If they enter a number larger than the maximum number you specified for their invitation, the system will tell them that the invitation only allows for a certain amount of people and they must RSVP for that many people or lower. If your guest RSVPs for less people than the invitation allows then the guest count will be adjusted for that invitation so at the end of it all you will have an exact guest count for your event.
