Shared Access Number

With the silver package your RSVP system is given a shared toll free access number which is a telephone number for your guests to call to respond to your invitation. Unlike the Gold and Platinum packages the telephone number included in the silver package is share by multiple customers and your event will be given a short unique code which must also be printed on your invitation or RSVP card.

Guest Can RSVP Online

All our RSVP packages include a webpage to allow your guests to respond to your invitation from any computer, IPhone or any other smart phone with a web browser connected to the internet.

Requires an Event ID

 Your event is assigned a unique 4 digit code which is used to identify your event to our system when using a shared access number. This is code is only required by the silver package and not needed with a gold or platinum package.

Requires Unique RSVP Codes for Each Guest

With the silver package each guest/party is given a unique code which must be either printer on their invitation or RSVP Card. This code is used to identify that guest to the telephone and online RSVP system when using the RSVP by code method.

This may seem a bit intimidating especially if their are limited venues or if the venues option varies to much. 1. First consider who your guest will be. Your guest list is the most important factor to consider so it is best to get your guests to RSVP. Limit Amount of People Who RSVP For Your Wedding

One question that we have seen asked so many times, is how can I limit the number of people that guest will RSVP for on their invitation. Planning for unexpected guests or having unexpected guests show up at your wedding is a big concern for brides, simply because it has a big effect on how much the wedding costs. It can also be very embarrassing and when guests show up and have nothing to eat or no place to sit at the reception.

MyRSVPLive.com has the answer to this problem. When you use MyRSVPLive.com to accept replies for your wedding invitations, the system will allow you to specify a maximum guest count for each invitation. When your guests call in to RSVP, along with asking them if they will be attending your event the system can ask them how many people are going to be attending in their party.
