Description of Service
MyRSVPLive service that receives guest responses event. MyRSVPLive.com provides to the event organizer, a toll free telephone number or shared access number and an extension number to be included on event invitations as well as the directions for the invited guests to use the service to report their intention to attend or not to attend the wedding or event. MyRSVPLive may be used to gather meal choices or other options from your guests as well as may provide guests with driving directions to the event, recommendations for hotel accommodations and/or any pre-recorded information you would want the guest to know before they indicate their intention to attend the event.

 MyRSVPLive may initiate outbound telephone calls to guests who have not responded with their invitation response by the deadline date selected by the event organizer. If the guest is not reached by telephone, at least two additional telephone calls will be attempted by MyRSVPLive in an attempt to obtain a response. Guests will be prompted to press a key on their telephone to indicate their intention and any other choices they are given.

 MyRSVPLive will prepare and submit to the event organizer a printable report detailing the responses received by each guest. While the report will accurately indicate the responses MyRSVPLive has obtained, you may experience "no shows" by guests who confirmed their intention to attend as well as attendance by guests who did not respond. MyRSVPLive is not responsible in any way for guests who misrepresent their intention to attend the event. If a response is received by a guest not identified on the invitation guest list, MyRSVPLive will contact you or your appointed account manager by email or move that guest response to a designated section of your online guest list for guests not on the provided guest list.

Registration
MyRSVPLive will provide you with a link to a registration form to collect the details for your event and for you to register to use our service. Please note that by registering to use order service or paying any invoice for such service will would also signify your acceptance to this terms of services agreement.

Upon acceptance of your registration, MyRSVPLive staff will contact the named person by email or phone to specify the following:

1) The toll free telephone number and an extension number to be include on the event invitation;
2) Instructions to be included in the event invitation directing the invited guests how to respond;
3) A Guest List template for you to use in supplying the names and telephone numbers of your invited guests

Response Deadline Dates
You must select and indicate on the Registration Form an RSVP cut-off date, which is the date by which your guests should respond to your invitation. MyRSVPLive recommends a date no later than two weeks prior the Event Date

Invitations and Guest Lists
MyRSVPLive does not provide invitations. MyRSVPLive will provide you with suggested instructions to include on your event invitation. A copy of the invitation and your Invitation Guest List must be provided to MyRSVPLive. The guest list will be placed on-line and made accessible to your appointed account manager. You may add and remove guest names as often as you like.

 The first and last names of the guests must be included on guests lists provided to MyRSVPLive. MyRSVPLive recommends that you use the supplied Invitation Guest List Template received when you register for our service. All names and telephone numbers will be kept confidential.

The contact person or account manager on your account may request changes to the Guest/List and service at anytime during your service period. You must allow up to 3 days for changes to be implemented or to take effect.

Additional Information
If your event involves menu choices by your guests, MyRSVPLive will gather the choices along with indications of attendance. You will need to indicate the menu choices on your Registration Form.

You may also select to provide additional pre-recorded information to your guests who respond to MyRSVPLive. You will need to contact MyRSVPLive to provide the additional information. Arrangements must be made prior to your mailing of invitations to assure its availability to guests who respond promptly.

The additional information will be accessed by guests through a menu operated by their touch tone telephone. Additional information you may elect to provide includes: directions to the event, hotel accommodation recommendations, gift registry or any pertinent information about the event.

Fees for Services
There is a $25 non-refundable set-up fee for all MyRSVPLive services even if this setup fee is not itemized in your service invoice.

In addition to the setup fee you will pay a base price which is determined by the service selected. The service will include a set duration of service also determined by the package or services selected. MyRSVPLive will give you one free week after the RSVP Deadline Date to collate and analyze the information collected.

If any fee is not paid within the prescribed time, MyRSVPLive reserves the right to disable or terminate all or parts of the service being provided, deny access to the system and to withhold reporting of the responses obtained.

Warranty
MyRSVPLive will use its best efforts to provide its services to you in an accurate and timely manner. MyRSVPLive relies upon the information you and your invited guests provide. Such information may contain errors for which MyRSVPLive shall have no responsibility. MyRSVPLive recommends that you access the response number as soon as it is established to confirm the automated program correctly describes your event and any additional information you may have selected to provide. MyRSVPLive assumes no responsibility for guests failing to attend the event after indicating an intention to attend. In the event MyRSVPLive shall fail to adequately provide its services to you, your sole remedy shall be a refund of the service fees you have paid to MyRSVPLive.

Disclaimer
MyRSVPLive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other losses resulting from:

1. The use or inability to use the Service.
2. Any data, information or service obtained or accessed via the Service.
3. Unauthorized access or alteration of data.
4. Claims arising directly or indirectly from the use of any part of the service.
5. Infringement of any rights of any person of whatever nature effected or attempted through the service.
6. Discontinuance of the service or disconnection of the uses.
7. Payment or misdirected payments.
8. Connection to other sites via the Service.
