How long before my wedding should I set my RSVP date?
Your RSVP deadline date should be set about 3 weeks before the wedding date.
Do I have to include your company name on my invitation.
No, Absolutely not.
What additional information can you provide to my guest(s) as they RSVP?
We can provide additional information such as gift registry, directions to the ceremony/reception, hotel recommendations, and transportation instructions.and more. Having an adult only wedding? We can help keep it that way.
How do I put my RSVP system information in my invitation package? How should my RSVP information be displayed on the invitation?
Your RSVP system information can be included at the bottom of your invitation, on a separate RSVP card or combined with your Gift Registry information on one card. How long does it take to receive my access telephone numbers to have printed on my invitations?
Your Account information will be sent to you within 1 business day of placing your order and receipt of payment
At what stage of the planning process do I order your services?
Order the service before ordering your invitations. You will need to have your Account information to be printed on your invitation or reception card.
How should I send you my guest list?
OPTION 1- Log into your account at www.myRSVPLive.com and create your guest list online.
OPTION 2- You can email your guest list to us as an attachment to info@evaplive.com.
OPTION 3 - Use the Microsoft excel spreadsheet Template provide and email it to us.
How often can I get an updated count on my guests? What if I need to update my guestlist after submission? What if a guest has contacted me directly?
You may use your online account to add and revise your guest list, view the total number of confirmations and regrets as often as you would like via your online account at www.myrsvplive.com
Can I request two access numbers with different Area Code?
Yes you can request as many access numbers as you may need
Can you contact guest(s) who do not respond by the required date?
Yes. Your system is able to call guest and kindly ask them to respond to your invitation and provide them with any information regarding your special day.
Do I order my invitations from you?
No. You order your invitations from the vendor of choice.
When is payment due?
Payments are due before you receive your Account information and access numbers.
Do I have to include my guest telephone numbers on my guest list?
No it is not necessary to include phone numbers until you have decided to use the call out service. At which point you only need to provide the phone number of guest who have not repined. These numbers will remain confidential in your account.
How often can I get an update on guest confirmations?
